While I was working at Bramble we spent a good amount of time workshopping what our avatars would look like. I had a lot of fun pushing at boundaries for avatar looks, as well as trying to come up with conceptual strategies for unifying a body of avatars.

I worked on the World Building team for Bramble, leading the design of new and existing worlds and expanding the possibilities of what the product could do.

A big part of our work was maintaining our Multi-Theme Worlds system, which could take a single layout and reskin it in a variety of ways—a modern office could turn into a scandinavian lodge, which could turn into an enchanted forest glade.

Making sure everything still looked and worked right with that level of variability was a big challenge, but also, a very fun one!

A big part of my work with the Worldbuilding team at Bramble was producing the assets for our virtual worlds.

Over the course of my time there we went through a lot of different worlds and use cases, and I got to make a whole bunch of different assets I never would have otherwise—from outlandish stuff like outdoor speakers made out of screaming bird-heads, to ordinary stuff like tables, balconies, collections of drinks, and a truly mindboggling selection of chairs.

CONDEMNED to the DEPTHS is a short interactive comic I published in 2019. A tone poem about trash, regret, and the pitiless sea, it features an assortment of nice drawings and a variety of technical experiments.

High-tier patrons of the Wizard Town Patreon receive handmade postcards each month. Each month has a different theme, ranging from images inspired by the currently-underway comic to scenes from around where I live.

Live At The Grelman is a weekly multi-person comic strip about a standup comedy venue.  Each "season" of LATG comprises the set of a single performer, but other than that, we have no prewritten script or intended end point.  Each week a different one of us makes a strip, riffing off of what other people have done in theirs.

The result is like a storytelling game of telephone; a comic strip exquisite corpse.
